1. MONEY BACK BONUS only applies to live and pre-match doubles or more. Combination or system bets do not get a MONEY BACK BONUS.


2. MONEY BACK BONUS is available on all sports, events and markets.


3. In the case of postponed/cancelled match(es), the bonus will be updated based on the remaining matches left in your bet. For example, if your 4-fold bet with accumulated winning odds of 250.00 that should receive a 200% MONEY BACK BONUS on winnings has 1 match that is postponed/cancelled causing it to become a 3-fold bet with accumulated winning odds of 40.00, it will automatically be demoted to 100% MONEY BACK BONUS.


4. The maximum MONEY BACK BONUS amount is capped at K100,000.


5. MONEY BACK BONUS is calculated on the winning selections left in your bet if only one (1) of your selections is a loser. For example, a K10 3-fold bet with accumulated odds of 300.00 that has one losing selection at odds of 2.00 will receive a bonus based on the 2 remaining winning selections odds of 150.00. Based on the MONEY BACK BONUS structure, this bet will receive a 100% stake MONEY BACK BONUS of K10.


6. MONEY BACK BONUS is only available for Castlebet clients who place their bets via our website. Bets placed via any of our USSD platforms will NOT be eligible or qualify for this type of bonus and will be settled in the normal way without any bonus.

4 to 8 matches (inclusive): 10% bonus on payout

9 to 15 matches (inclusive): 50% bonus on payout

16 to 29 matches (inclusive): 100% bonus on payout

30 or more matches (inclusive): 150% bonus on payout

1. MULTI BONUS only applies to live and pre-match single and multiple bets (accumulators). Combination or system bets do not get a MULTI BONUS


2. In the case of postponed/cancelled match(es), the bonus will be updated based on the remaining matches left in your bet. For example, if your 9-fold bet that should receive a 50% MULTI BONUS on winnings has 1 match that is postponed/cancelled causing it to become a 8-fold bet, it will automatically be demoted to 10% MULTI BONUS on winnings.


3. The maximum MULTI BONUS amount is capped at K100,000. This is the maximum bonus amount that can be added to your original payout. This maximum multi bonus limit takes precedence over the percentage bonus structure mentioned above.


4. The MULTI BONUS is calculated on your payout. For example, a K10 4-fold bet with accumulated odds 10.00 that has a payout of K100(WINNINGS of K90 when the stake is excluded) will receive a 10% MULTI BONUS of K9 (10% of K90 Winnings is K9). In this example, the total payout before tax will be K100 (Stake + winnings) + K9 (10% Bonus applied to K90 winnings) = K109 Grant Payout before tax.


5. The MULTI BONUS will only be applied to Match result (1 X 2) football selections on your betslip. Therefore, MULTI BONUS will NOT be applied to bets on Total Goals, Both Teams To Score, or such other selections.
