However, the terms of earlier placed bets remain unchanged and bets being accepted with the arrival of this date are subject to the changed rules. Where the Betting Company make changes to the Terms and Conditions which the Betting company wish to notify the Player of, the Betting Company will do so by such method of notification as the Betting Company may, on its discretion, deem to be appropriate, which may comprise:

1.5.1 email (to the email address the Player has previously supplied us with, if any);

1.7 The betting company reserves the right to cancel or limit bets or deduct winnings in the following instances as deemed appropriate to the bet(s):
• to cancel any bet placed upon an obvious 'incorrect line' before, during or after the event
• under age gambling is involved

1.8. The Betting Company does not accept any responsibility on damage or losses caused by use of the site or by the contents of the site. A connection failure and other technical mistakes in communication are no reasons to change or cancel a bet if the wager has been registered in the server. The same applies to the use or misuse of the site contents by any person, inability to be connected to the site, inability to use the site, delays in site functioning or data transmitting, failures in communication lines or to any mistakes, typing errors or omissions in the maintenance of the site.

1.9. It is recommended the Player may only participate in any gambling events if it is legal for the Player to do so according to the laws that apply in the jurisdiction from where the player is connecting. The Player must understand and accept that the Betting Company is unable to provide the Player any legal advice or assurances.

1.10. These rules come into force on the date stated in the 1st paragraph of these rules and apply to all bets made from that date thereon, even if, the player was unaware that a new version had taken effect. All previous rules are considered invalid.

1.11. In the event of there is being a discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and conditions and any other language version of any translation in Betting Company’s websites, the English language version will prevail.

1.12. All bets are accepted only in accordance with these rules and are confirmation that the participant in the wager knows these rules and agrees with them completely. If the Player suspected in fraud or manipulation, as well as in case of any breach of this Terms and Conditions the Betting Company reserves the right to block the Player’s account and withheld any balance.

2.1. Bets are accepted based on the daily "odds line" - a list of upcoming matches with odds and handicaps offered by the Betting company on outcomes of events.

2.2. The odds and handicaps set reflect the relative strengths of the competing teams or players and determine the value of the expected winnings of the person placing the bet.

2.3. The Betting company has the right to change the odds and handicaps at any time. The terms of the bets placed earlier remain the same. The Betting company has the right to remove any event from the offered "line".

2.4. The player places a bet according to the "line" operating at the time of the bet.

2.5. The team indicated first is usually considered as the home team, playing at their designated home stadium which could be altered if the team are required to play their home matches away from their favoured home stadium. It is the client’s responsibility to check if the team written first are using their home venue. If the venue for a sporting event is changed, all bets placed based on the original venue will be made void and stakes refunded, unless otherwise stated within these rules. For matches played at a neutral venue (whether indicated on our site or not), bets will stand regardless of which team is listed as the home team. If a match venue is changed (other than to the away team's ground) then bets already placed will stand, providing the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed match are reversed (e.g. match is played at the original away team's ground) then bets placed based on the original listing will be void.

2.6. The player chooses the number of the event and outcomes of the competition from the predictions offered by the Betting company.

2.7. The Player must state the amount of each bet and receive a bet confirmation when the bet is placed.

2.8. After placing a bet with the Betting Company, it cannot be cancelled or changed. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the bet is correct before placement.

2.9. Several identical bets may be considered as one in cases where the client is deliberately duplicating to avoid risk detection. If either the odds are obviously incorrect or match fixing is suspected the bets can be cancelled by the Betting Company. Also, the deliberate placement of bets of the same selection within multiples using strong favourites will be considered deliberate masking of the Betting Company’s risk and may be cancelled.

2.10. Information displayed during "live" events (including the update of this information) is informative only. A wrong result is no reason to refund the wager. The Betting company accepts no responsibility for incorrect results during “live” event. The time/clock displayed during live betting is only informative and any errors in the time displayed is not the responsibility of the betting company.

2.11. The Betting Company accepts no responsibility for incorrect spelling of surnames, team names and names of places for the event.

2.12. Calculation of the bets is done by the Betting Company. The event results, announced by the Betting company, are the basis for calculating the wagers and determining the winnings. The results of sporting events announced in the periodical press may not be grounds for submitting players' claims against the Betting company.

2.13. The Betting company is using official sources of the events results according to Appendix A of this document, however is not obliged to follow the official result if there is suspicion of palpable or typing error, proved by the real action of the event.

2.14. In a number of types of sports, changes in the parameters of the "line" are possible by decreasing the winning coefficient ("buy points"). All numerical ratios are indicated in the line.

2.15. If a player placed a bet on an event, the result of which was known to him in advance, in this case the decision is made after a special investigation by our Trading Management, until our investigation is completed payments will not be authorised. Depending on the outcome of the investigation bets can be cancelled and stake returned.

2.16. In cases of system error, where odds on the fixture have a clear error/mistake i.e. clearly higher more than the market price. If the Betting Company notices prior to the fixture time, a correction will be made on the odds to agree with the correct market price. If the bets are placed and these coupons win, the Betting Company will calculate and pay according to the new and adjusted market price, not the previous or original odds. In all other instances the bet or selection will be made void.

2.17. In disputed situations and where there may be no precedent, the final decision is made by the Betting Company, based upon General Principles accepted within the Bookmaking Industry, and consideration of the customers interests.

2.18. The amounts of the minimum and maximum bets are indicated in the section “Financial limitations”.

2.19. The Betting Company has the right to limit the maximum bet for individual events. The setting of any minimum or maximum bet for any individual client is the right of the Bookmaker, without the need to provide explanation.

2.20. Each client is only allowed to have one betting account in one currency. Exceptions are granted by the administrator of the Betting Company depending on the individual client.

2.21. The Client cannot give permission to anybody else to use his/her betting account. A lost password cannot be used as grounds for cancelling a placed bet or a withdrawal request. It is the responsibility of the client to contact the Betting Company to inform it of any irregular activity upon their account as soon as possible.

2.22. The Betting Company reserves the right to refuse and cancel bets caused by mistakes by employees or by the computer software (mistakes in odds and others) and other reasons causing incorrect bets. The Betting Company reserves the right to refuse and cancel all bets placed with incorrect odds or placed after the event has started. The Players are responsible for any damages caused to the Betting Company by deliberately taking advantage of technical or administrative errors in monetary transactions.

2.23. Bets made on a certain period or outcome made after results or outcomes are known (for example bets on first half in football made between first and second half) are to be refunded.

The following types of bets differ: "single", "multibet" and "system".

  • Single - a bet in which it is required to guess the outcome of just one event. Single bets are accepted for any event in a line. The winnings on single bets are equal to the amount of the bet multiplied by the winning coefficient.
  • Multibet - a bet in which it is required to guess the outcome of more than one event. Several independent events may be combined into a multibet. The multibet bet loses when any of the combined matches loses. Interrelated events or selections can be included within a multibet but they cannot appear in the same individual line (or combination) and will form part of a combination (or multiple line) bet. If for any reason our betting system does not recognize interrelated selections, we reserve the right to re-settle based on split stakes. The total stake will be divided by the number of true combinations.
  • System - this is all possible combinations of "multibet" events equal in number, chosen from several events named by the player. "System" winnings are counted as a sum of "multibet" winnings, which are in the system bet. Final odds for winnings on all classified betting forms are met by making individual selection requirements (hitting the spread on the handicap of total etc.), postponement of the event or the transfer of the event to another date. In these events the selection is voided by giving odds of '1' unless re-scheduled within time span allowed for under these rules.

4.1. The Betting Company is doing its best to provide a clear description of each Market, so that the client has no confusion on the offer. It is the client’s responsibility to make sure that he/she knows on what he/she is wagering upon. The Betting Company will not accept any complaint based on misinterpretation by the client unless the bet has been incorrectly resulted.

4.2. An Event result will be determined according to the time of game specified within these rules, unless otherwise specified in a line. The bet is winning if the outcome is predicted correctly.

4.3. The Betting Company will do its utmost to attain itself to information obtained first hand (during or exactly after the event has been concluded), through TV transmissions, streaming (web-based and through other sources) as well as official sites. Should this information be omitted from first hand viewing and/or official sources and/or there is an obvious error in the information included in the sources above, the settlement of the bet offer will be based on other public sources.

4.4. Push: In a market with only 2 possible alternatives ("2-way" or "Head to Head") ending with equal means of result, bets will be void and the market is referred to as a "PUSH".

4.5. Dead-Heat: A dead-heat occurs when two or more participants have tied in an event or competition. In the event of a dead-heat your return will be divided by the number of participants that have tied.

4.6. MAIN MARKETS:

4.6.1. 1X2 or W/D/W - The 1X2 or Win/Draw/Win refers to the possible result of an event, football or other sport, which have three possible betting options for the final result in normal time duration of the match including injury time (if not otherwise stated). In case the market has no draw option, this is indicated as 12 or W/W.

4.6.2. Double Chance - A ‘Double Chance’ offers a combined price for two outcomes from the match price as one outcome, namely, 1X, X2 and 12.

4.6.3. Handicap - is indicated by “1” for a first competitor and “2” for the second competitor in an event and in most instances offered as a 2-way market. There is a 3-way handicap option for some events where we offer a 'Tie'. The outcome of a handicap event takes account of the handicap line and is determined by adding the handicap line to the actual result. If the result obtained is in favour of the chosen alternative, the bet is considered to have won.

4.6.4. Totals or Over/Under - To win, it is necessary to pick if the number scored will be over or under the given total for 2-way betting. If the Total is a whole number and it is exactly equalled, then it becomes a 'PUSH' but where we offer a 3-way market it will be a 'tie'. Only Goals that form part of the official score count for settlement, and any penalty shoot-out will be excluded. In cases where a bet is placed on markets like "Total” or “Over/Under", it means total goals, points, games, runs, sets, that are officially awarded goals, points, games, runs, sets, etc. scored in the official settlement time as per these rules.

4.6.5. Outrights - In this wager, it is necessary to predict if the participant will win or reach a certain stage of a competition (Winner, Finalist, Quarter Finalist, or any Place) and is determined according to what place the participant will occupy or what stage (round) they reach in the competition. If the participant's reaching the next stage (round) is later cancelled for any reason, the cancellation is not considered for settlement, and payment will be made based on the results of the matches initially given and will not take account of any reversal made by authority or enquiry (unless a Stewards Enquiry within Horse/Greyhound Racing). In a wager to reach the next stage (round), the bet stands, even if, there is a change of venue, or a leg was cancelled the winner is deemed to be the participant reaching the next round. In the case of individual sport where an alternative opponent is given in a clear head-to-head (stated names) market it will be voided. Within a tournament placement or round prediction market, like player to reach a certain round, no allowance will be made for change of draw etc. If none of the matches took place, bets will be voided and the bet coefficient set to "1" for such bets. If the participant announced in the competition cannot complete his participation in it for some reason (injury etc), the bets on the result of this participant are considered valid unless the competitor did not start the event.

4.6.6. Correct Score - You predict the exact result or score of the game.

4.6.7. First (Next) team to score - A bet on which team will be the first (next) to score in the game.

4.6.8. Both Teams to score - A bet on which you must predict whether both teams will score goals or not. If one team scores one or more goals and the other team doesn’t score any goals, the bet is considered to be a losing bet for 'yes' but winning one for 'no'.

4.6.9. Total Odd/Even - A bet on whether the total number of goals, games, runs or points at the end of a game will be an odd number or an even number. The total number is calculated by adding up the total scored by both teams.

4.7 In cases where the result (or specific market outcome) of an event cannot be verified from any reliable source within 24 hours of the completion of the event, the event/market will be settled as a non-runner at odds/price of 1.00.

5.1. An event is considered held if regulation time or number of sets etc are completed.

5.2. When an event has begun, but was interrupted or abandoned for any reason at any point;

5.2.1. All markets already determined by events will be paid as winners; for example, if the game was abandoned at 2-1 and the player bet over 2.5 goals, the bet will be considered a winner.

5.2.2. All non-determined markets in both pre-match and live betting are kept pending until 24 hours after our published kick off time in which case all bets on non-determined markets on the match will be settled as a non-runner at odds/price of 1.00. And where the event is resumed, they are kept pending from the point and the score of the interruption (or re-start). It will be settled on the result if normal time is played. If the re-sceduling of any event does not conform to rule 2.5 or an individual Sports Rule it will be deemed void.

5.2.3 If an event is postponed before the start, all bets will be voided unless the event is not due to be played the following calendar day (local time) and a venue acceptable under rule 2.5. Local time is taken to be the time at the venue and not the time within the jurisdiction where the Client is situated. This does not apply to tournaments where the order of play has been rescheduled. For example, if a tennis match is scheduled for 17th July, but is not started until 19th July because the previous scheduled games have been delayed, bets on this event will stand.

5.3. If the actual result of an event is paid following an official announcement, then any change due to protest, doping etc. is not taken into consideration. For example, on sports like Formula 1, we pay on the podium finish, whereas in Athletics, we pay on the initial result. The Betting Company makes every effort to always pay out on the actual result, avoiding mistakes made by official or authorized sources.

6.1. Minimum stake for wagering is the equivalent to 0.5 ZMW in the betting account currency for all events.

6.2. The maximum wagering stake for each event depends on the event and the sport. The maximum stake will be defined by the Betting Company individually for each event and wagering form and can be changed without giving written notice. The Betting Company reserves the right to limit the maximum stake for certain events, like changing the betting limits for individual clients, without prior notice.

6.3. Maximum payout for one client per day is equivalent to 800,000 ZMW or equivalent in the betting account currency. The day is defined in between 00:00 GMT to 23:59 GMT.

6.4. Where bets have been placed on different days, the maximum amount that can be won in one day's betting is determined by the day on which the final event on each bet is resolved, rather than the day on which each individual bet is placed.

6.5. A player can only withdraw winnings from the account. A player must bet the entire amount of deposits before being eligible for a withdrawal. Any withdrawal requests submitted before having placed bets for the entire amount of deposits will be rejected.

7.1. The Betting Company makes calculations according to the initially recognized result. Subsequent disqualifications and cancellations do not affect the calculation.

7.2. The amount of payout is equal to the bet, multiplied by the established odds.

7.3. Winnings are transferred to a Player’s gaming account after bets are settled. Payments will be credited to the customer’s account in 1 to 3 days, depending on payment method being used.

7.4. Customers should immediately notify the Betting Company if they notice any amounts incorrectly credited to their accounts. Otherwise all subsequent winnings directly or indirectly derived from that error will be considered invalid and should be returned to the Betting Company.

7.5. If a Player’s account balance becomes negative as a result of the recalculation of incorrectly settled bets, the account will be blocked up to the time when the player makes a deposit that is equal or greater to the negative account balance. Otherwise, the Betting Company reserves the right to suspend this account.

7.6. Players using e-payments systems have to make sure that they are using an e-wallet registered to their own name. Withdrawal requests to the e-wallets registered to other names will be declined.

7.7. All transaction fees are to be paid by the sender and will be deducted from the amount transferred unless otherwise specified.

7.8. The Player further agrees not to make any charge-backs, reversals or otherwise cancel any deposits into his/her Account, and in any such event to refund and compensate the Betting Company for such unpaid deposits including any expenses incurred by the Betting Company in the process of collecting his/her deposit. For the avoidance of doubt, the Player’s Account shall not be used by the player as a bank account and, should we become aware of deposits into and withdrawals from his/her Account without commensurate betting or gaming activity, the Betting Company reserve the right to deduct an administration charge (whether or not the Betting Company close or suspend the account).

8.1. Bets are refunded if:

  • the bet is made after the start of the match;
  • participants in the match are erroneously indicated;
  • Home and Away teams are specified incorrectly (i.e. team which is an Away team is shown first in a line (2.5.);
  • the winning coefficient is 1;
  • and is not covered by dead heat rules;
  • a match is considered not held according to the current Rules;
  • one of the competitors has suffered a technical defeat prior to official result or natural conclusion of event;
  • a match is postponed more than one day (other than tennis matches);
  • if a tennis match does not meet its natural conclusion;
  • a bet is made on handicaps and the odds are not corresponding to those of the established "line";
  • one or several of the matches of a round are interrupted, not completed or not held. Bets on the overall statistics of the round are to be refunded unless the target is met.

Please note: if the bet has been concluded by actual play, then it will be paid. The full rules for each sport give more details on bet settlement and take precedence.

9.1. For the purpose of this Clause 9, "suspicious betting" shall refer to where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Bet or a number of Bets have been placed in suspicious circumstances. Suspicious betting shall include, but not be limited to:

9.1.1. where there is an inordinate frequency and/or highly unusual pattern of Bets (by comparison with betting norms) placed on the same selection(s) in a short space of time;

9.1.2. where there is an inordinate frequency and/or highly unusual pattern of Bets placed on the same selection(s) and where the theoretical probability of said selection(s) winning at the time of Bet(s) placement, based on the odds offered on the selection(s) at the time of Bet placement, is largely inconsistent with the theoretical probability of the same selection(s) winning calculated using their accumulated starting prices. By way of illustrative example only, if there was an inordinately large number of Bets placed on a multiple or permutation with combined odds of 250/1 (with a theoretical 0.004% probability of winning based on the odds) and that same multiple or permutation had combined odds of 12/1 based on the Starting Prices of the selections (a theoretical 7.7% probability of winning), this may trigger the suspicions contemplated by this clause 9.1.2;

9.1.3. where the integrity of an event (or events) has been called into question, including, for example, but not limited to where one (or more) of the participants in an event displays exceptional form which we reasonably believe was known to you or someone connected to you at the time of bet placement but was concealed from the public generally in order to gain an unfair advantage in any bets placed on that event (or those events);

9.1.4. where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a Bet or a string of connected Bets were placed robotically, by automated means, or otherwise than through the Account holder placing each Bet manually via their Account;

9.1.5. where we reasonably believe that you have used unfair external factors or influences connected with the event(s) the subject of any Bet(s);

9.1.6. where we reasonably suspect that you have opened duplicate Accounts or where we reasonably suspect that second or subsequent Accounts are under common control with your Account with a view to concealing the true worth, nature or pattern of Bets placed by you or on your behalf, even if second or subsequent Accounts are opened under different names;

9.1.7. where we otherwise believe, acting reasonably, that you are acting in concert with others or that you are acting other than on your own behalf;

9.1.8. where we reasonably believe that Bets have been placed from a location or device other than the location or device which you claim to have used to place a Bet; or

9.1.9. where we identify a pattern of Bets that have been placed in quick succession by different or the same account holder(s) that have a combined liability which exceeds what we would expect to accrue on similar Bets during a particular time period based on long term established betting trends. For example, we would regard a series of Bets placed on the same or similar selections in quick succession after 9:30pm and before 8:00am by different accounts with a combined liability that exceeds $20,000 (or equivalent in local currency) as suspicious as this is conflicts with our long term established betting trends.

9.2. In the case of any of the activities contemplated by Clause 9.1, and without restricting our ability to rely on other remedies that may be available to us, we may, acting reasonably, and depending on the circumstances:

Single bet is a bet in which it is required to predict the outcome of only one event. The winnings of the single bet are equal to the stake of the bet multiplied by the odds on the event. You can make the single bet on any event. The winning amount is calculated by multiplication of the odd with a bet amount.

Example for Single Bets

Win1/Draw/Win2

90 minutes Home Draw Away
Chelsea – Liverpool 1.60 3.50 5.70

Let’s say a bet of 100 ZMW is placed for DRAW in the game above. Odd for DRAW is 3.5. So if a player wins he will get 350 ZMW (100 x 3.5)

If this bets will win, then player will get 350 ZMW.

A multiple bet is a bet in which it is required to predict the outcomes of more than one event simultaneously (the maximum number of the events in a multiple bet is 75. If only one event in the multiple bet is predicted incorrectly, the whole bet is considered to be lost. It is possible to combine in one combination bet events from various sports. Interrelated events within a multibet are settled as split lines (or combinations) with the total stake being divided by the total number of combinations. The odds of a multiple bet are calculated as the product of the odds of all of the events included in the bet. The winnings of the multiple bet are equal to the stake of the bet multiplied by the odds of the multiple bet. The overall odd (coefficient) for a Multiple bet is not limited.

Example for multiple bets

Win1/Draw/Win2

90 minutes Home Draw Away
Chelsea – Liverpool 1.60 3.50 5.70
Man U – Real Madrid 1.20 2.50 1.50
Inter – Barcelona 1.70 3.00 1.60

Let’s say a bet of 100 ZMW is places for Chelsea – Liverpool to DRAW, Man U – Real Madrid, Man U to WIN, Inter – Barcelona, Inter to WIN. Odds will be multiplied 3.50 x 1.20 x 1.70 = 7.14
If this bets wins then money will be 100 ZMW x 7.14 = 714 ZMW

If this bets will win, then player will get 714 ZMW.

A system bet is a full combination of Multiple bets of the given size with events from a predefined number of events. Each combination in the system is calculated as a separate multiple bet. The maximum number of events in a system bet is 14, which allows for a maximum of 25,000 combinations.

Example of 2/3 system bet

Win1/Draw/Win2

90 minutes Home Draw Away
Chelsea – Liverpool 1.60 3.50 5.70
Man U – Real Madrid 1.20 2.50 1.50
Inter – Barcelona 1.70 3.00 1.60

Let’s say a bet of 90 ZMW is places for Chelsea – Liverpool to DRAW, Man U – Real Madrid Man U to WIN, Inter – Barcelona, Inter to WIN.
It means player is placing 3 multiple bets with 2 possible outcomes in each:

No A system bet Coefficient Win
1 Chelsea – Liverpool
Man U – Real Madrid
3.50 x 1.20 = 4.20 4.20 x 30 = 126 ZMW
2 Chelsea – Liverpool
Inter – Barcelona
3.50 x 1.70 = 5.95 5.95 x 30 = 178.5 ZMW
3 Man U – Real Madrid
Inter – Barcelona
1.20 x 1.70 = 2.04 2.04 x 30 = 61.2 ZMW

If these bets will win, then player will get 365.7 ZMW

Example of 2/4 system bet

Win1/Draw/Win2

90 minutes Home Draw Away
Chelsea – Liverpool 1.60 3.50 5.70
Man U – Real Madrid 1.20 2.50 1.50

Handicap

90 minutes Home Away
Inter – Barcelona (-2.0) 1.50 (+2.0) 2.30

To Win

To Win Winner 1 Winner 2
R. Nadal – R.Federer 1.60 2.60

Let’s say a bet of 120 ZMW is placed for: Chelsea – Liverpool to DRAW, Man U – Real Madrid Man U to WIN, Inter to Win with handicap, and R.Nadal to WIN
It means the player is placing 6 multiple bets with 2 possible outcomes in each:

No A system bet Coefficient Win
1 Chelsea – Liverpool
Man U – Real Madrid
3.50 x 1.20 = 4.20 4.20 x 20 = 84 ZMW
2 Chelsea – Liverpool
Inter – Barcelona
3.50 x 1.50 = 5.25 5.25 x 20 = 105 ZMW
3 Chelsea – Liverpool
R. Nadal – R.Federer
3.50 x 1.60 = 5.60 5.60 x 20 = 112 ZMW
4 Man U – Real Madrid
Inter – Barcelona
1.20 x 1.50 = 1.80 1.80 x 20 = 36 ZMW
5 Man U – Real Madrid
R. Nadal – R.Federer
1.20 x 1.60 = 1.92 1.92 x 20 = 38.4 ZMW
6 Inter – Barcelona
R. Nadal – R.Federer
1.50 x 1.60 = 2.40 2.40 x 20 = 48 ZMW

If these bets will win, player will get 423.4 ZMW
